Organizational justice consists of three main forms – distributive, procedural, and interactional. With a sample of 144 employees of North India, evaluated on Organisational Justice Scale (Colquitt, 2001), Psychological Contract Inventory (Rousseau, 2000) and Work Motivation Questionnaire (Agarwal, 1990), the study found that Organisational Justice is a predictor of Psychological Contract, with work motivation being a mediator.
